Feels like A "ROBOT!"

 

Once there was a girl I meet,

Whom I started to text!

It started with “Good Morning”

And the day was never boring.

          "Thinking of you all day" was another type of overthinking I did.

          “Why is she not replying?” “What would she be doing?”

And many more questions the heart asked;

Wait for some time the brain replied!

 

The time was as fast as a rocket,

“While talking to you”

But it was as slow as an ant,

“When you went!”

          Checking my phone as soon as it beeps;

           You gave me a habit of your messages, 

            Smiling and laughing were my introduction, 

            Because you were my addiction.

 

As we got closer,

The distance got shorter.

Life was happy where everything paused

But we continued!

 

          But suddenly the page of life turned;

           Everything stopped!

           The distance which was shorter,

           Now increased day per day!

 

The distance increased,

And at the beginning I reached!

The feelings, emotions were crushed,

And the life was puzzled.

The heart stopped saying,

And the brain started thinking!

 

          The life changed,

          Now, the phone beep but I put it to sleep!

          While burning the feelings it was hot;

           Now it feels more like a “ROBOT!”
