Learning Cycling Part- 1(Story Time)

Hey Guys, what’s up? Today I am back with my childhood story of learning cycling. Everyone has their own story, so today I will share mine with you all! Let’s start…

I was in first grade, and I was coming back to my home after school, the time I reached home I saw one cycle fully wrapped with tape in my room. I forgot everything and just ran and started cycling, it was a cycle that had two small wheels on the sides because at that time I didn't know how to balance a cycle. I started riding on my cycle and I knew nothing but just paddling with my legs. I used to hit almirah then my grandfather told me how to apply brakes to stop the cycle, this was the first lesson I learned just to apply brakes. After few days of cycling in my home, my parents shifted my cycle on the terrace and I used to ride on my cycle on the terrace, I used to ride in round laps and enjoy cycling the whole day.

After two years I thought I should learn to balance the cycle, and then I took off the small wheels from the sides, and then the whole day I would try to paddle the cycle but fall. It was like I don't go to ride but to fall, but one day I tried and paddled so fast that cycle went straight and I didn't fall. The proud moment and the amount of happiness I was full filled with. I practiced it for one day and the next day I tried to show it to my parents but I fall again, my parents thought I was joking, then to be perfect I practiced all day no sunshine matters or no wounds matter, that time what matters was me balancing the cycle. After two or three days I was almost perfect then I thought to cycle my street. I came to my street with my cycle and used to cycle in my street, at that time the brakes were broken from my cycle, then one day what happened was, I was doing a race with one of my friend, he had brakes but I didn't. Just forgetting about brakes I did a race with him and when the race was about to end I saw there was the main road and I didn't know, then with my slippers I took the brake but my heart was beating so fast because I was afraid of going on the road at that time.

This was my story of learning cycling; I hope you liked it, which part of the story did you like? And if you want part 2 in which I will share my experience with the cycle which I ride now, do comment and let me know! See you all in another blog, thank you for reading…
