"Happy Independence Day!"

Happy Independence Day to our nation INDIA and all the INDIANS!

It is the 74th year of our independence; let’s celebrate today’s day with a lot of joy, respect, and with some history

Let’s remember all the freedom fighters who fought for our nation and all the people who supported them; they’re the reason that today we are free!

Let’s remember all the people who lost their lives for our country, and whose blood went into our motherland and the tears that came out from the eyes of their families!

Let’s remember the bold sound of people’s voices who wanted independence; the people who did a lot of protests and now we are independent!

We should be proud of our independence and a few more people:

The Soldiers who are always standing at the border and fighting for us so that we could sleep properly in our homes;

The Doctors who are always there to help us at any time, "god present in human bodies!";

The Farmers who are doing hard work in the hot and humid temperature so that we can get food;

The Teachers who teach us the difference between wrong and right; the Policemen, the Firefighter, and all the people who are always there to help us! A big salute to all the people!

Let us take two minutes to remember all the people who sacrificed for our country and also to thank all the people who are always there to help us!

Celebrate this day with some history and with your love for the nation!

Proud to be INDIAN…

JAI HIND! JAI BHARAT! VANDE MATARAM!

  1. Happy Independence Day!
    While we take this day to reminisce about our past, the acts of struggle, sacrifice and heroism, let us also take this day to introspect - have we taken our freedom for granted? Are our thoughts free or chained down by the distractions of the media and society at large? What have we done in the past 7 decades of freedom from foreign rule? Is this enough? What more do we need to do? How can I help?
    Only when Indians start thinking and acting responsibly for the betterment of their nation and its people, can we truly say thay we are independent.
    Keep writing...
