Hey guys, what's up? Hope you're all well physically, mentally, and socially. Try watching your televisions and you will get the news of people doing suicide, I don’t know what has happened to the people or what’s going into their mind. Let’s talk a little bit about this topic because I think it is becoming very important to throw some light on this topic.



 Stress, negativity, overthinking and anxiety are very common in everyone's life, nothing is new, and everyone has suffered from stress or negativity or overthinking or anxiety. If you have suffered or felt anyone of these in your life, then let me know in the comment section. I think no topic is new to someone and almost everyone has an experience of their past or the time where they have been through anxiety or stress or negativity or overthinking. I would want everyone to share their experiences and how did they manage it, so that if someone goes through it, they would know what to do at that particular time. This was all normal in everyone’s lives but the time it crosses its limits and when people don’t understand what to do they do is? “Suicide.” I actually don’t know how to react; now they’ve gone from this world, no one could help them, and now we cannot do anything, but I think we can help the people who are actually suffering from any stress or anxiety. Let us know the cause of why people do suicide?

 Firstly, I would want to say that there can be many reasons of doing a suicide but if someone does suicide because of anxiety, stress or overthinking then I would say that this is a mistake of both the people the one who has done suicide and the one who did not help him overcome his anxiety or stress. If you think someone is going in depression or any kind of anxiety or stress then I think at least we can actually help them realize that their life is precious and their life is important for this world so that they don’t think that there is no other option than suicide. Let’s not get into deep for the cause, because there can be many and many reasons. What can be some solutions to this big problem?

                Some of the solutions can be:


Meditation: I think it will always help you release your stress; this will always work because I have also got help by doing meditation.


Reach Google: This is actually one of the best uses of the internet because we can find many and many solutions to our problem so you can always use Google.


Reach people: Try going to people like your teachers, parents or your friends and I think you will get the best advice from them because they are one who understands you very much.


Go out in nature: I think many times what happens is people are depressed in their homes, so one of the solutions can just go out from your home and relax in parks and nature.


Surround yourself with positive people: If you think you get negativity or any kind of stress from people then what you can do is surround yourself with positive people their positive attitude can help you anywhere.


Reach Doctor: If none of the above helps you, then you can seek support from the doctor because they can always help you with advice and sometimes with medicines.

These are some of the solutions that can people use and I think they will get relief from stress or negativity or overthinking or anxiety. If you have more solutions then you can always tell in the comment section.

                At last, I would just want to say that suicide is not an option, Suicide should be a word which should be unknown to you, and I don’t know what will you do but please remove suicide from your brain and after reading this blog no brain should be left with the word suicide. Try thinking about your dreams, your future, your family, you have a long way to go. Maybe you will do wonders in your future. The people who think dying is easy then I would say living is much easier because we can actually enjoy every moment in our lives. The people who are suffering from stress or negativity or overthinking or anxiety, I would want you to try the solutions which are given in this blog, and you will be helped. If then also you don’t get help then you can contact me if you know me, and I will always try to help you if I can. I would say we should all help because our one help can save one beautiful soul. Try making people believe that you’re always with them, no matter whether they are in their tough time; make them believe that they can share their problems with you so that you can always help them. One thing I would always say that don't leave people in their hard times because this will make them feel lonely and then they would not see options to live in this world and their mind will  go with one decision "suicide." This was the last time this word was said; now please remove this word from your brain! Spread positivity, live in positivity, and live a happy life. Don't stop living because of some problems, there is much to explore in this world, it is just the starting of living, there are miles and miles to go. As we have always heard that “nothing is permanent in life and with time this will too pass”, just remember this and always keep up your positive attitude! Always try to calm down, stay positive, believe in yourself, never lose hope and you can do it!

In the end, I would say that if you’re in your bad time then just believe in yourself because a very bright future is waiting for you!   1. A great take on the current crisis, yet again!
    It's amazing to see how aware today's youth is. I strongly agree with solutions 3-5, talking to positive people (coz "baat karne se baat banti hain") and going out and enjoying nature, which, not only takes you out from the stiffling confines of the four walls but also, gives a sense of the beauty of nature's design, of which you too are a part of.
    I have a few more suggestions on this:
    1. Reading inspiring books or passages (can be as short as Gandhiji's Talisman, gives out a very powerful message).
    2. Reflecting (can be coupled with meditation), just thinking about what didn't go well and what could have been done alternatively.
    3. Refrain from social media, biggest cause of our short attention span and degrading or own achievements in the light of what others are doing.

    This awareness drive shouldn't stop at just a blog, but carry it forward in terms of being that positive person to talk to (like you've suggested), be the person who would listen without an ounce of judgement as you'd never know what others are going through, even your closest of pals.
