How to react on negative thinking?


How are you all people? Hope you all are doing well. As we, all know that there is much kind of thoughts roaming here and there in our mind. These thoughts are of two types: one is positive thinking which help us reach our goal and one is negative thinking, either it help us grow more or it just make us think more and more.  We all have experienced negative thinking in our life. Some people are very depressed thinking about negative, they just cannot stop thinking about this. In this blog, I will try to tell you how to control or how to react on such thoughts.
                Negative thinking affects teenagers the most so they need someone to calm them down and give them relief from negative thinking. They are full of stressed and their mind is full of thoughts and only thoughts. Some people also feel helpless in this condition; the question now is “WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE DO?” First I wanted to  tell you my experience that whenever we fail in our past, our mind start thinking that we can’t do this work and whenever I will do this work I will fail and never pass. Negative thinking can be due to our past or it can be due to thinking of our future and taking stress. When we think of our past or future, we forget to live in present. So if you want to live in present and want to enjoy your life without negative thinking then just follow the steps given below.
The easiest way to give answer to negative thinking can be YOGA. Yoga can help you feel relaxed and it will help you maintain your body, it will give you peace.
If you are tired of thinking and you want to take a short rest then close your eyes, give your mind some peace, and do some meditation.
If you have failed in past, then never think that you cannot do this, tell your mind that you can do this and every new beginning is a new start.
Always surround yourself with positive people to have a positive attitude toward everything. Always remember the one who is positive in negative situations always win.
Try to train your mind to see the good in everything and the positivity in everything.
Always remember that negative thinking is just thinking, it cannot change your future and if you want to have a positive attitude then just ignore the negative thinking and try to think of the goal you want to achieve in life.

  1. One of the thinking which is mostly negative and in which we live in past or future, is overthinking. And overthinking turns to be negative, when you don't know when you are overthinking .

    To avoid negative we should try to live the moments and never live the past.
    We should have a safe space where we can speak our heart and share our fears, if this succeed we will not live the memories. Most importantly we should have people who understands us .

    We can also join sports and make our mind busy in other things so that it doesn't have time to think Bullshit . And music also is the way which can help us to avoid unnecessary thoughts .

  2. Cool points on how to avoid negative thoughts. A few more ways can be:
    1. Surround yourself with positive people who tend to see the light at the end of every dark tunnel. But remember that shouldn't end in flattery.
    2. Reflect on your achievements more. You can even maintain an achievements journal for the same.
    3. Break down impossible seeming tasks into smaller achievable ones and keep telling yourself, "It's no big deal".

    This is definitely not an exhaustive list and there will obviously be times when you just can't help those thoughts. They are necessary to prevent overconfidence. Remember your failures to avoid them in the future. After all what is life if not "kabhi khushi kabhi gham"!!
